Audits and Assessments
Perform equipment audits and assessments to ensure elevators & escalators are operating safely, reliably and to manufacturer standards. Audits will identify appropriate maintenance practices and opportunities for improvement.
Consultation
Inform Building Owners, Building Managers and Property Managers on the processes and steps in elevator modernization projects, including assistance in financial budgeting, logistics planning and managing expectations for the Owners and Contractors.
Bid Analysis
Provide Owners with comprehensive bid comparatives, bid analysis and company evaluations to make certain the Owner’s requirements for both value and performance are accomplished.
Specification Drafting
Create and develop modernization specifications specific to each Client to ensure best value, performance and long-term investment in the elevator systems. Ensure Owners’ long-term investments are protected and managed properly via a consistent, systematic maintenance program.
Project Management
Execute Project Administration and Management throughout the modernization project, via pre-construction and planning sessions, Customer/Tenant informational sessions, progress inspections and audits, and closeout procedures to ensure all specifications and code compliance requirements are complete.
Maintenance Monitoring
The Elevator-Ally program provides a resource for Building Managers and Property Managers for contract interpretation, contract coverage, invoice reviews, upgrade proposal reviews, and serve as a liaison between the Owner and Elevator Company.
